Who we are

This website (propertyai.ie) is operated by IC LINKS TRADING LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland (no. 683865), registered office 32 Cathedral View, Rampart Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 WDX4. What this website collects

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, first-party or third-party, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. When you close the notice bar, your browser stores a single local flag so that the bar is not shown again; it contains no personal data and is never sent to us. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent is requested.

If you use the contact form

What you enter in the contact form (your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, the options you tick and your comments) is sent to our own server in Ireland, stored there, and forwarded to our mailbox so that we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), as confirmed by the box you tick. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last exchange, or for the duration of the contract if you become a customer. We do not use third-party form or marketing services.

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the contract and any period required by law. We use it only to respond to you.

The PropertyAI application

The PropertyAI inspection application (app.propertyai.ie and customer workspaces) is provided to customer organisations under a contract and a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement. For personal data processed in the application, the customer organisation is the controller and IC LINKS TRADING LIMITED is the processor. The customer's own privacy notice applies to the people whose data it processes there.

Your rights

You have the rights set out in the GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure. To exercise them, email info@propertyai.ie. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
